Our program, Preserving Your Clients’ Memories, will be presented by Cyndi Shattuck of Cyndi Shattuck Archiving 

Cyndi, a NAPO-NY Business Partner and our Director of Business Partners, will help us become more educated on how to handle, store, and discuss photographs, albums, documents and books with our clients. As this is something every household must deal with at some point, it is important we learn to better preserve our clients’ history.

Cyndi grew up working in her parent’s bookbindery from age 12 and still apprentices with them to this day. She has a BFA in photography with a minor in metalsmithing from the University of Arts in Philadelphia. Cyndi has worn many hats including senior art director at The Wall Street Journal and the creative director of all daily news graphics at WSJ.com. While at WSJ.com she traveled worldwide to coordinate the workflow and archives for WSJ.com. In 2004, she left to start her own business as a professional photographer and archivist.
