Main Program: Understanding and Overcoming Anxiety, Overwhelm and Focus Challenges with Alma Galvan and Bob Dietrich of BrainWorx 

This program is CEU eligible.

For over 20 years, BrainWorx has been helping people use brain development techniques to dramatically improve their challenges. This will be an informative presentation for those of you who work with clients who struggle with anxiety, lack of focus, constant overwhelm, executive function abilities, and/or procrastination.

You will learn:

  • What is happening in your brain that causes behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges
  • How movement ignites the brain to develop naturally
  • Simple movements to calm and organize your brain

This event is open to both NAPO-NY members and guests. Registration information has been emailed to members.

Guest fees:

  • $25 for non NAPO members
  • $15 for NAPO National members who are not members of NAPO-NY

Guests must register and pay online by 6 p.m. ET on the day before the meeting (1/31/21). Once payment is received, guests will be sent an email with the Zoom registration link.
