Holistic Approaches to Kitchen and Pantry Detoxing & Organizing, presented by Maria Bernardis, Health & Wellness Coach. and our own Lisa Kyle of A Fresh Nest.

In this talk we will discover how an organized and detoxed kitchen can lead to better health, harmony and happiness. We will discover the powerful healing benefits of ingredients in the pantry. In the words of Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, "let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food," (achieving better health by what you eat, how you cook and how you eat) and "natural forces within us are the true healers of disease," (achieving a better connection with .yourself by what you think and feel emotionally, and how you think and feel emotionally).

Common pantry ingredients will be discussed and healthier swap options explored, in particular:

  • An introduction to why an organized and detoxed kitchen and pantry are important for health, harmony and happiness. Some ancient Greek wisdom will be explored.
  • Pantry tips and substitutes for achieving optimum health.
  • 5 Ways to Energectiaclly Detox Your Kitchen & Make Cooking Healthier & Enjoyable.

We will raffle copies of Maria's new book, which will also be available for sale at the meeting.
